The client (you) provide(s) an in town emergency contact when booking. Should an emergency occur, our staff will call the client first and then the emergency contact. Vet care is provided if needed by the clients vet, or the closest emergency facility.
Food, preferably in a resealable bag/container labeled with feeding instructions, and possibly a familiar item from the home or anything else you think would help your pet feel more at home. Vaccination records, medicine and detailed instructions, can all be uploaded into our booking software.
We recommend requesting a booking at least a month in advance for major holidays or anytime school is out of session. If your plans should change in the meantime, simply let us know by logging into your account and adjusting your booking request or by phone or email at least three days prior. You will make someone on our waiting list very happy!
Absolutely! We encourage new boarders to come see the kennel. Please request an appointment for a meet and greet so you can bring your pet in for a “meet & greet” visit before boarding for the first time.
